1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Skill Shiksha ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the skillshiksha.ai website as well as any other media form, related services, or training programs.

By accessing the Site or enrolling in our programs, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Educational Services & Enrollment

Skill Shiksha provides offline internships, project-based training, and specialized tech courses (including MERN Stack, Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, etc.).

• Enrollment: Admission into any of our programs is subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and successful payment of required fees.
• Certificates: Certificates of completion are awarded based on satisfactory attendance, project submissions, and performance during the training period.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the course curriculum, schedule, or mentors at any time without prior notice to ensure the best educational quality.

3. Fees and Refunds

All fees for our courses and internships must be paid in accordance with the payment schedules provided at the time of enrollment.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific program's agreement, fees paid are generally non-refundable once the batch has commenced. We strongly advise you to clarify any doubts before completing your enrollment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, course materials, projects, syllabus, videos, and all source code provided by our mentors are our proprietary property. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our educational materials without our express written permission.

5. User Conduct

As a student or user of our platform, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including fellow students and mentors.
• Share your account credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures of the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our educational programs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Skill Shiksha and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
